You mean like we can loan players from another team and send out our own as well? So, instead of buying, we can "rent" them for a specific period of time? Hmm, sounds good to me. But, I'm also worried if the user who loan my player interfere with my training plan for that particular player. Hi mates, Yes there are pros and cons, like in the real football, but could be like there you can decide if you want to loan somebody, and can recall him, if you are not satisfied. I think we have to make more closer to real football, i think that will be better. So i vote yes for loans!Hi mates,

If I recall correctly, I think the original fear was the potential for someone to create numerous teams, and to then loan players from those teams. Although personally, I do think that would make it more realistic - just wondering about the training side of things. Would this player then be trained by the parent club? Or the new club? the other thing that comes into play with training is the training camp. why would i want to spend my money to train somebody else's player, all the while losing that player for 5 weeks of a 13 week season (11 playing weeks only) and still having to pay his salary. as the player's owner, i would want that loaned out player to continue to train (including training camps) or else i would just either sell him or throw him out. as the team who has the player loaned to him, i'd never consider sending the player to camp. it's a catch 22.the other thing that comes into play with training is the training camp. why would i want to spend my money to train somebody else's player, all the while losing that player for 5 weeks of a 13 week season (11 playing weeks only) and still having to pay his salary.

hi guys One way to implement this would be the players sent on loan to come with a preset training plan which cant be altered although training could be influenced by factors as coaches or form Another way which I think its more interesting is to talk and agree with the new club how they should train the player and of course if problems occur then to have the option of recall as @ddfc suggested This last option would make the game more interactive ... or it may lead to ww3hi guys

Loans sound great, there could be some limits, like, the loaner can only loan out senior players (by this I mean 18+ y.o. Players) you can only loan in X amount of players (prolly the limits should be like the foreign players). Salaries can be agreed, like the loaner pays between half and full salary. Trainings should be agreeable also, the loaner set the skills (s)he wants to train the player but the loanee can suggest a change and the loaner must agree, otherwise it trains what you want.Loans sound great, there could be some limits, like, the loaner can only loan out senior players (by this I mean 18+ y.o.
