New Sim, Heading real value

The unknown from what I see is if a defender with good head can block these crosses? So a forward with 6 head will get a good chance when matched against a defender with 2-3 balls header, but if the defender had 7-8 balls header would that counter the attacks and require higher head on the forward?The unknown from what I see is if a defender with good head can block these crosses?
