Change languageI was thinking that we should have a playoff tournament after the season with teams in the same division. For example the top 8 teams from the NHL( Both U.S and Canada), that will be a total of 16 teams.
and then the seeds or format should be 1 vs 8 , 2 vs 7 ,3 vs 6, 4 v 5 etc.
As for lower divisions, it should be the top 4 from Div 2.1, Div 2.2, Div 2.3 etc.
And the countries that have small managers or inactives like Scotland can merge with the rest of Great Britain etc.
Finland,Russia,Sweden also can have their own playof type tournament.

I gave up on that suggestion lol, and it would make everyone tired and fatigue so it wouldn't work out. I was thinking more like a little tournament after the season like the NHL, but Mangerzone has alot of tournaments and the promotion playoffs going on so yeah it would be tiresome.

That would be cool. I had a similar thought like this a while back. I would like to add that maybe there could be a best of 3 or 5 series during these matches.

I think MZ has division-specific tournaments (x number of teams from leagues of same divisions play). You may want to suggest a format change for that tournament to be tailored to your preference of a best-of-whatever playoffs format. Knockout-only Cup format does exist, but unsure if it's difficult for MZ to change it from single elimination to longer series.
I would like for each country to have its own mandatory domestic Cup either just knockouts or with group stage, and the last 2-3 rounds can be best-of-3 or 5. Perhaps higher tier teams can join at later stages to increase competition for the lower-tier teams, etc. And the Canadian and American champions can face each other.
