incentive to youth temas (Urgent)

Hello, you can not have two under-21 and senior and youth teams, because they do not reach the days of friendly matches !!! Many less can be U21 and U23 and junior teams and senior, because not reach the days of friendly matches !! If not incentive youth teams, in my case I will cut half of them because I can never have them with physical state 9 !! It is urgent, change the 4 days of friendly plus league's matches, to two days of friendly plus league !!!Hello, you can not have two under-21 and senior and youth teams, because they do not reach the days of friendly matches !!! If you are in the youth leagues, you should be able to keep your form at 9 for both your senior players and your juniors. I play home and home friendlies with seniors on Monday & Tuesday and then the 2 league matches (giving me my 6 games to keep up my form) and then I play friendlies on Thursday & Friday with my junior squad to keep their form up. This leaves me a Saturday to play with in case I can't find a game on one of the other days. Also, if you are participating in any additional friendly leagues or cups, that will help.If you are in the youth leagues, you should be able to keep your form at 9 for both your senior players and your juniors.
