My Tactics page filter

Anyone else think it would be a good idea to add a filter to the tactics page to allow players to be filtered by age? E.g, if you are selecting your U18 team, set the filter to show only those players in your squad that would be eligible for an U18 team. I do see an "Age" slider bar there - that's a bonus. Although shouldn't it be "Birth Season" so that all the Uxx can be grouped together without overlapping years.I do see an "Age" slider bar there - that's a bonus.
