Removing Youth Academy Immediately

I've recently returned to this game and one key part of my team needs a complete reset: The Youth Academy. I want to be able to completely start fresh with my youths... however... In order to discard my current youths I have to wait 'til Saturday... then to bring in new youths, I have to wait yet another week. Why isn't there an option to immediately discard the Youth Academy? Maybe not immediately but does the change [i]really[/i] have to wait until Saturday? It seems pointless to have my current untrained youths pointlessly sitting around in my team for the week.I've recently returned to this game and one key part of my team needs a complete reset: The Youth Academy.

you can do it with the "Youth Customization" immediately, but you'd have to either pay 15 power tokens or buy the kick start package - the small kick start package would be a much better deal. i started it immediately but only had a few youths at camp. youths are cheap and really, with the cost of upper echelon players on the transfer market these days, are the only way to succeed long term. you can either sell your best youths to make some much needed money early on in your career or save them and make them part of your squad. regardless i would set up your academy academy today and pick up 12 youths. all 12 should be able to be sent to TC for free. at the beginning of next season, up it to 18. that should still allow you to train everybody without paying for the campsi started it immediately but only had a few youths at camp. youths are cheap and really, with the cost of upper echelon players on the transfer market these days, are the only way to succeed long term. you can either sell your best youths to make some much needed money early on in your career or save them and make them part of your squad.

You can do a Youth Exchange with the youth that you are disliking. That may be a slow process as there is only a max of 3 a week (but it tends to be 2). It then gives you time to train them up whilst you make your switch.You can do a Youth Exchange with the youth that you are disliking.
