Remove birthdays

I don't see any difference treating players that are born on first day of season or on the last day. But, I see a difficutly when handling age-limited competitions, when checking how much player still has to go before deterioration, or before retirement, or which generation of youth is he. Every aspect in the game related to the age is based on the birth season, not on the age of actual player. This results in that we must always check the birth seasion number (and those shift each season, so we must shift our perception accordingly), not the age the player has. So the case is that, despite having the same age, one player might be eligible to play in specific U18 league and the other wouldn't, one might risk retirement the next season, the other one has one more seasion to go without that risk, etc... I know birthdays were introduced to increase the realism of the game, but since none of the game aspects is using them, they actually became a burdain, requiring additional check of the birth season when making a decision (setting tactics, buying a player). Wouldn't it be much simpler to remove them and switch the age of all players at the end of seasion, as it was before. It would be much easier to explain and understand that only the players with max 18 years can play in U18 league (now he can have 19 and still play) and that deterioration begins with 27 years, not at the beginning of season when he is 27.
