Transfers and tax,

I think we should abolish the tax on buying and selling or at least reduce it,say 10% for up to 30days,7-5% for 60days and nothing for over 60 days,I would also like all the inactive teams players placing on the transfer lists in there respective countries with a money going to mz for the reduced transfer tax!
