Top scorer bonus

Don't you think there should be like an extra 20k given to the team with the top scorer for league and official cup competitions?Don't you think there should be like an extra 20k given to the team with the top scorer for league and official cup competitions?

I think there should be even bigger bonus for top scorer but only for top leagues and official cups. In lower divisions I see no sense of such bonus.
