Notification for New Managers

Current managers should have the option of receiving an alert when a new manager joins their country's userbase. That way, managers interested in expanding the game or at least maintaining the game, given it's declining userbase, can by reaching out to them. (And ****, maybe it'll eliminate price gouging - if that indeed is the case.)

As I tend to try and keep an eye on this myself, being from a smaller community like Malta) however, with notifications for bigger communities it could be a bit much (50-100) new ones per day for example. I usually fetch the new ones pretty quickly already by going to "Community -> MZ World -> pick your continent and flag" and you can see the most recent teams handed out to real managers

Obviously, champ. That's why I said it should be an optional notification, hence "option."

Your method only allows for the viewing of five at a time. So, if you did not opt for the aforementioned, proposed notification and, say, ten members have joined since the last time you played fetch, you'd miss five new managers. However, that hypothetical must be unlikely for you, given the size of your community.

Also, one could informed themselves of new managers, joining their community, by monitoring the Welcome Cups. I'm just suggesting a more convenient method, I think.
