Gameday Squad issue

My match today had a squad change that I did not authorize or even attempt to make prio to the match: One of my subs---who was listed as only coming on if team was leading by a goal---started the match in place of the the original starter, who wasn't even in the 18. He's not injured, nor was he suspended for the match and, checking the tactic again after the match, he was still listd as a starter. There is a possibility that, as a result of this website or server screw up, I lost a big league match (though a scout match showed that my squad is capable of slaughtering the opponent). Sorry. Rosales (#8) was supposed to start in midfielder, to be replaced by Chris Lang(#11) only if we were up by a goal. But Lang started the match and Rosales wasn't even in the 18, despite the lineup and directives I had put in place well before the match.Sorry. Typically, a player will only be automatically replaced at the start of match if the starting player had an red injury, suspension due to red card or 3 yellow cards, or is in TC. I suspect it might have been a 3 yellow card suspension of the player Rosales. Not sure if the 3 yellow cards get eliminated from the stats, or not, after the suspension has been served. Can you check the stats under Office>>Statistics to see if Rosales is showing 3 yellow cards. I have a player showing 3 yellow cards in the stats, and is scheduled to be suspended for the upcoming league game. That's the weird thing, though. I wasn't warned with the big old red box around the tactic spot under "fixtures", and I just got Rosales from a Turkish league, so he never had any cautions or suspensions and he was not and still isn't injured. There was absolutely no reason why the tactic could've or should've been automatically altered outside of a glitch. Or sabotage, for some reason....That's the weird thing, though. Not much to ease the pain/frustration but this is the response from Crew: [color=blue]Player Rosales (#8) was never added to this tactic. Perhaps he set his final tactic too late and that is the reason why Rosales (#8) didn't play in the tactic.
