Players in the Training Camps to can play matches

A great improvement would be allow players who are in the training camps to play in the matches. ( like National teams ). If this is not acceptable for all the players, the system should allows us to choose, for example 4 of them during the season, to play. ( something like the Training Camp Exchanges ). In addition we could set an age limit for this , for example the age of 21 or 23 years, which is the most crucial age for players development.
