I want to quit . I can find Good austrian Player since 2 Season . This is Game for Big Country like sweden with more User.I want to quit . I can find Good austrian Player since 2 Season .

Yeah it's hard to get the players you want, sometimes. On the other hand, you're able to play in the prime league of your country without many difficulties, which also means more income compared to others. So, every country has it's pros and cons. If you set up a decent youth academy, take some loyal players at the right time and get yourself 5 foreign players, it must be possible to build a super squad, really!Yeah it's hard to get the players you want, sometimes. You have 5 Foreign Players. In the past, everyone only could have 3 Foreign Players... that was it. The problem with increasing the Foreign Player Limit is that teams will be saturated with Foreign Players and the game would be less about actually managing your team. [b]Why is increasing the limit a good thing?[/b] You can buy more foreign players to fill out weaker spots in your formations/tactics, Less effort goes into training your players. [b]Why is this a [u]bad[/u] thing?[/b] If suddenly the cap was removed and you could purchase as many foreign players as you want less emphasize is on the manager's ability to actually train their players up and make managerial decisions, Managers that have been here for [i]years[/i] could just spend millions and dominate everything. Thus making it unfair on new users just getting into the game. Also, your National Team will suffer as a result because managers would, of-course, look to the world market of transfers instead of their own countries... less need for training up your nation's players means your NC's will have a poor selection of players to represent your country. More foreign players may be beneficial to you right now, but, in the long run, will also state that you 'want to quit' when suddenly your Premier League is filled with people that have been around for longer than you and can financially dominate you?You have 5 Foreign Players. I set up a decent youth academy but i need 12 Season before i can play with my Youths in the prime league of my country . 2-3 years ... i dont have time.... no one have so mutch time. Request/Offer is to big in my country

I set up a decent youth academy but i need 12 Season before i can play with my Youths in the prime league of my country .

Yes it takes a long time and that's the beauty of this game to some. Like geo says, the short term won't be as rewarding as you presume it would be. Your competitors in the league will also have access to more foreign players and why would you be able to dominate then all of a sudden? If you want short term results I suggest you better focus on short term competitions like the U18 and U21. If you were you able to come up with a decent squad, then you can go on to the U23 and senior competitions and be succesfull in there. It will also give you time to find the players you need in your country's transferlist.Yes it takes a long time and that's the beauty of this game to some. Sign more (and good) coaches for your team so that your players can improve.
