New Member Notification.

I would like to see a feature in which existing players of a country will be notified when a new member joins their community. Its often that people leave this game because of boredom of playing alone. This feature will be very useful for smaller countries such as mine where to come across new players is a rare occasion. Also there could be an option to stop these notifications just in case no one wants to be bothered by it.
