Long Term Player Stats

ok guys I don't know what it is but I feel very imaginative at the moment. So why doesn't MZ keep stats from players that have been with a club in the past. Who has scored most goals for the club in its history etc. Get my drift. I was thinking to give my stadium the name of one of my players once he retires.
