Will all the new features be not free?

This morning, I found The Youth Customisation Product released. To my disappointed, It's not free to use. I wonder whether the new features will not be free like this.This morning, I found The Youth Customisation Product released.

All I can really say on this topic is that this is not the first time that new features haven't been free, it probably won't be the last, that doesn't mean [u]all[/u] of the future features will be things we have to pay for. That's just my optimistic opinion.
