Additional TC for players

Manager Mvalkeinen came up with an idea of being able to send youth players to a second TC in a single season. The cost would be triple of a normal TC although I personally would favour 5 times the amount. We have millions?? Since when? xD Serious talk though, it would be an advantage for those that have been here for years and I rarely have enough TC spots each season to let youths revisit it. More TC spots in general would be handy.

It's an awful idea. We already have a precedent where players who don't go to a TC every season are worthless and will amount to nothing. This just pushes that out even further and the only players of any future worth [b]have[/b] to go twice. You'd basically have some players with 9 seasons of training by the time the graduated, some with 6 and others with 3.It's an awful idea.

You can already tell if player is going to be a great player by their training speed. So why not take advantage of that and send them twice to TC? It might give managers motivation to start or carry on with youths. I think it's a good idea.You can already tell if player is going to be a great player by their training speed. There is no motivation required to start of carry on with youths, it's the only way to play anyway. All that this achieves is ensuring that a limited number of players are substantially better than everyone else and are the only ones who are every going to be worth anything in the future. Any player with less than 6 camps by graduation are subsequently worthless.There is no motivation required to start of carry on with youths, it's the only way to play anyway.

more training camps yes, but not multiple camps in one season. I'd just like to be able to send 30 players to camp a season, so that would be around 12 players at a time being able to be at camp in football and 16 in hockey. I'd be happy with that. My reasoning is that if players a going to be retiring earlier, then you will need to train more players for longer earlier on in their careers to max them out in the skills you require of them, to get the most seasons out of them before they retire. The increase in TC places will help to cover the extended length of time player will need them and the reduction in places this will allow for new youths beneath them. Just an idea but to me it makes sense as a logical development to youth training, for as a squad grows even with this number of camps available you will still have to make some tough calls on who to send and who misses outmore training camps yes, but not multiple camps in one season.
