Should retired players turned coaches not expire after 40 or 50 seasons? If they retire at the age of 31, the option to negotiate with them as a potential coach should be limited to their lifespan. I'm guessing up to age 70 or 80?
Just a thought.
Good point . . . I don't know. And it got me thinking about normal coaches. Do they retire (or die)? I have a few coaches in their mid - 60's, so are they ok for a few seasons yet?
