stakes for matches

We all know that in RL when 2 teams play between them, one is the favorite and one is the outsider and we have those stakes. It will be nice to have some kind of algorithm here also so before every match to have a stake for that game. In this way many managers will understand the differences between their teams so there will make the confrontations more fun and people will enjoy more when they will win against a team which was rated as being better and will also understand and chew better the losts when their less rated team will loose against of a better team.
