Released players

I think all released players should be made available to all managers on a free....similar to the bosman...i'm sure some teams dump players that are half decent and could be useful to lower teams...what does everyone think?I think all released players should be made available to all managers on a free....similar to the bosman...i'm sure some teams dump players that are half decent and could be useful to lower teams...what does everyone think?

No one releases any players that are any good, not when they can be sold so easily. If they were any good they wouldn't be released. This isn't like real life, there is no market for rubbish players.No one releases any players that are any good, not when they can be sold so easily.

Of all the players I've had to discard (because I can't sell them at 69GBP) I could have made a team which would win England Division 4 easily, so someone could make good use of my discarded players. If someone wanted to make use of your 69GBP players though, they would have done. It's a simple game of supply and demand. If no-one wanted to buy them from you for 69GBP, then why would they buy them if they were listed on the market as free agents?

Spot on. @cheetahcurtis You can win div 4 with 11 youths, so that is even more reason not to pick up released players.
