Online/new managers

In the community home page it displays starts on new managers last 24hrs and also managers online from your country. It would be good if there was a link to be able to view who the new and online managers are. It would also allow some users to have an easier road to success through a mentor. I've often wondered why its never been there. It would also allow older users who might run for NC to target new users whilst they're young...
