Retirement Advise 2 years previously at the last player's day on

Economy is the hardest trouble to manage this game. If a player's got early the retirement you've also got a big spot in your budget. I suggest all retirement is noticed to managers not 1 year but 2 before they left the game. And while those are in their first noticed year, they can be trasfered showing a red band saying: "This player will retire in 2 seasons" or "This is the last season to trasnfer this player before retirement" I hope this suggestion is clearly fair to those who decide here in MZ..
