I understand not paying for FLs and youth leagues and friendly arranging, but not being a club member and complaining that they should care about you is a bit over the top.

The first people any game developer should care for is the users...paying or not. The aim should be to get users to play not to get users to pay. Without normal users, there wouldnt be paying users.
