All we need is MZ Bank

Badge image
Dear MZ Community, we all have some issues about finance. And we would like to sell some of our players to solve our issues. Or we do sth. else to come up with our less condition. Now I have a developing idea for this situation. We need a Bank to get credit and pay back. We need a MZ Bank. When we need money we can take credit from there and pay it back under the rules of the Bank. Thus, we will solve our finance problem as the real football clubs do.

In principle, it's an excellent idea!
In any society the credit is the engine of the economy.

Of course, when you borrough money, it's with interest.
So, I think arround 10-20% should do it.
The problem would be how would you pay the sum, and what sum are we talking about.

So, I'm thinking it should be calculated in weekly rates, and the number of rates should be equal to the number of weeks left form the current season.
eg. If make a loan of 1 million (that should be more than sufficient), in the first week, you should pay 1,1-1,2 mil. in 12 weekely rates (12 * 100k/week).
eg. 2 for 500k - 550-600k in 12 rates (12 * 50k/week)

If you would take a sum of 500k in the 5th week, you would have to pay something like 550k in 8 weeks. That's 7 * 75-80k/week.

The real problem is that there is no invsetment in MZ that would bring you a profit of +50k/week, even if you would build a hotel, 2 restaurants, 2 pubs etc. So you cannot amortize that sum in just 1 season, mnot to mention a lesser period.

Also, in principle, you need money because you cannot make profit, so it would be very possible to get a loan and then go straight for bankrupcy, because of paymanet impossibility.

The 3rd fact of MZ credit would be the type of managers who would need this kind of implemenatation - the begginers. They do have KickStart Packages. and it's with no interest. It's returnable funding actually.
Now this idea really works.

Anyway, your idea it's excellent. If I would be offered a credit, I would take it. I just hope I would know how to invest the money wisely.

Yeah you are right there must be something to invest in MZ World these ideas can be develop together i think. Because on the other hand managers ought to sell really essential players to make finance. I agree with you.

i wouldnt make use of this feature. why? using this u loose money for nothing. so lets implement this feature for spreading the gap between the rich and the poor. im one of the rich ones.

if go on to start the bank i will start depositing money in it an save up a good sum with int. to buy the players i need

An MZ bank for credit would not work.

There is no requirement to pay anything back if you don't want to. I could take out a massive loan, win the EPL, and then quit the game if I so wished. It would be unfair on all the longer term managers that people can get credit, get an advantage, and then leave the game without paying back any money.

We discussed that long ago. If i remember well the problem was multiaccounts which could multiply fraud. Otherwise i think it could work... loans could be payed back with stadium or players. A pity, but an understandable concern.

Guys why we have the Mz bank in way where we can deposit money and in the long run earn profit that its beneficial to al user young and old or new or old

This will stretch the gap between rich and poor, ok you put 100,000 at 10% a season, gives you 110,000 you feel like yea, I've made 10,000.. Well there are managers out there who go inactive for 3-5 seasons, come back and spend 7,000,000 and 3 seasons later they are in top flight...

Well when THEY put in 7,000,000 in the bank for 10% a season, they make 700,000 a season.

Compare those two figures 700,000 and 10,000 do you really think you stand a chance to compete with them financially?

If I may, I can make a suggestion:
Block all buyings until loan is paid-back

Imagine what we can do with the loan!
1. avoid bankruptcy - very realistic, in my opinion
2. invest in stadium + facilities - the future incomes could even cover for the loan - in financial terms this is called an investment
3. invest in TCs
4. other ideas?

What I'm trying to say is that it happened to lots of managers to go on vacation, including myself.
When they got back, they were bankrupt.

Main reasons could be:
1. away-away league matches
2. no friendlies
3. high class/salary staff
4. no official cups while on vacation
5. other reasons?

The block-all-buyings-until-loan-is-paid-back seems to solve one of the 2 glaring issues, great idea. Now, how to stop multi-accounts...

1 - The flip-side of this is that you subsequently get a home-home situation at some point. If you can't handle a single away-away situation, then it's poor management of cash flows

2 - If you go on holiday for 2 weeks, then you can book friendlies a week in advance. Again missing a week of friendlies (even 2 weeks) should not push you to an unrecoverable stage unless you haven't managed finances properly

3 - The obvious solution here is to remove the staff and hire a cheaper one.

4 - Official Cups are booked weeks in advance. You won't miss playing Official Cup games by going on holiday.

__

To the original point in hand though. It all comes down to there being no requirement to pay down the debt. You can just leave.

For others, someone invests in their stadium, then they can't buy any new players for months due to the 'block all buying' rules. Stadium debt takes many seasons to pay-off. So no new players for 10 seasons?

Remove that requirement, and teams can build great stadiums, and use all the extra money they have (in comparison to other teams who have used Cash to build) to spend on players. So they get the short term advantage of leveraging, but if they decide just to stop playing, then there is no punishment. The only punishment is on the teams that didn't loan who are at a disadvantage to those who do.
