YTC and skills predictor for unknown new batches of youth

Badge image
Paying a token or a few, to find out what skills a youth that arrives at your club is likely to train in their first YTC, before deciding whether or not to send them to a YTC.

We can do this via the youth exchange when swapping for new players, so why not those that arrive at the start of the season or mid season?

Allow the scout report option to be available on new youth, not just those picked up through the youth exchange.

Now that is a more succinct way of phrasing my idea

I agree with this.

The Scout Report and the YTC choice (for untrained Youths) are identical.

We are currently revising how Scout reports and YTC's work to offer more choices and different information to Managers.

This will mean that more options are initially available via the Scout report route that the 'send to YTC' path. The Scout report will be available via more routes for untrained Youths (either exchanged or directly recruited)

These Scout reports will be based on Team Money, not PT, no matter how sweaty the alternative is.

The only difference between the two is that with a scout report you know what a player is likely to train in a YTC before they are sent to one. Where as if you don't have this information, you have no idea about the likely skills they will be assigned

Good to hear this is in the pipeline, and yes on reflection the current system of using team money would be a better option of payment for the service
