Youth Exchange Suggestion

I have 2 18 year old third year youths (1 maxed at 4 speed, the other 4 stamina) and went to look at the exchange only to find that every single one on offer was 15 and first year which as a person who likes to keep them grouped in age isn't ideal. I don't think that would be possible, because of the lost TCs. Also, if we suppose that would be possible, it wouldn't be fair to receive a 18 year old already with so many skills for free. Well new players are been offered 3rd year Youths, so it's possible. But I wouldn't like it to be honest, cuts too much of the work out if you get to look directly at a 3rd year and choose whether you want him or not, rather that just getting them given to you. Think you have to adapt your strategy to work with Youth Academy now, either use it and accept you won't have them coming through predictably, or keep a pattern by not using it.Well new players are been offered 3rd year Youths, so it's possible.

I'd love to see all youths before discarding them, it says I have a youth and +3 youths more but I can't see them until I discard the showed one.
