If you keep a renamed youth player after graduation, then after a certain age (say 25, as if you still have them at this age you are likely going to keep them) they should no longer take up a renaming slot, so you can rename another youth player.
Currently the only way to keep renaming players is to either exchange them while still youth player, as well as selling or firing renamed youth once senior players
