loyal players?? is that REALLY necessary?

obviously since this hasn't been implemented, i won't criticise it, but it seems such an unnecessary addition to the game... ie: i have this player http://www.tuscialand.it/?id=29279339642 brought up through the youth system. should i quit the game, he would just go to waste and die off with the rest of my team. should i reorganize my team, i wouldn't be abble to sell him ,and in not doing so, not win a good sum of money,and be stuck with an old player . even with more average players this would b quite inconvenient.. the vast majority of my youths don't make the cut for my first team, but they are still an important source of revenue (not major, but quite helpful none the less). it really doesn't seem like a good idea, as i believe it will only lead to big waste of players. still, i'll reserve judjement until further developments..obviously since this hasn't been implemented, i won't criticise it, but it seems such an unnecessary addition to the game...

I don't think you understand the implementation. Loyal players apply only to brand new teams and a selection of the players that exist at the point the team is created. It doesn't effect existing teams or new youths in any way. It's simply a way of giving new teams some good players without people creating multiple accounts in order to try and get more of them.I don't think you understand the implementation.
