Bug with suspension, substitution & alt formation

Watch my league game today in the analyser. You will see my number 12 in the right back position. He was taking the place of my number 16 who was suspended. My sub rules state that at 65 minutes number 16&3 swap (alternative formation 1) and then number 3 is swapped for number 12. So number 16 has moved from RB to CDM, and number 12 in my new RB. Because number 16 was suspended, number 12 was already on. Number 3 still moved to RB but had nobody to swap with so for the last 25 minutes I had two players right on top of each other... Clearly when there is a suspension then the rule should be voided. Yes I know I could have changed it before the game, but I shouldn't have to...Watch my league game today in the analyser.

They usually release a new SIM when a new season begins. However, it is very well announced several days before; and I wouldn't wait for it for the next season. I do agree that a SIM update is quite "dangerous" to the game and should be well tested. Of course any new version will contain some bugs, but if they are extra-careful, there will be less problems.They usually release a new SIM when a new season begins.
