Liverpool FC and class

Brendan Rogers has been on about Arsenal and class, saying he thought Arsenal had more class than to bid for his player. This seems to be a Liverpool FC thing, saying other clubs do not have class but they do. It is worth remembering Heysel, when after the game in which a number of Juventus fans died due to the actions of Liverpool supporters the Liverpool chairman showed his class. Who was responsible?
