I'm bringing Vinyl back

Badge image
My friends dad had a record player up in his loft (attic) which he wasn't using so he gave it to me. It's a toshiba V11 and I needed a new needle for it, cost me 16 bangers so it did! So who all prefers vinyl to cd? Is anyone willing to sell some ol' LPs to me and or original band artwork or memorabilia? I'm really into hendrix and sixties music right upto Blue Oyster Cult. If you have anything you would call junk thats catching dust, I'll gladly purchase it! - But mainly, I wanna bring the debate here. Vinyl or CD?

i was discussing the subject of vinyl in the pub last night, a CD is exactly what it says it is, compact , it has another advantage of track play/selection, as for sound quality, vinyl with a good player/needle is just as good if not better, i have some tapes recorded from vinyl from my old record player and the recording quality is much better than any cd recording, i have some vinyl left, but i dont have a record player at the moment, i have the Jimi Hendrix concerts double live album, i am undecided what to do with the vinyl i have left, i dont want to palm it off cheaply to a dealer, because vinyl seems to be selling for a good price on sites, it almost seems sinfull to get rid of it for some reason..
