Federation and clan?

Hi, So I am confused because I don't know how to join a federation and what the benefits are also why do people have (RA) or (MA) right next to their user on the forum is it the federation they are representing? Lastly, what about clans, what are they and what are the benefits of joining one in managerzone? And I'd you do join one do you get something that shows you represent that certain clan? Federations and Clans are basically clubs that have been established for users that have common interests. The benefits are in communications with users of similar interest, a resource of obtaining help for many questions that arise and receiving invitations for FLs and cups that are organized by the federations or clans. You get nothing in your profile or team page signifying the federations or clubs you have joined or participated in. To join all you have to do is introduce yourself, and participate in their threads on the forums. You can make your own federation or clan. Just post like you did here but with the name of your organization with the text description of what it represents, why it is organized. A federation, I think, generally represents a football federation or club. A clan, I believe, was originally a Celtic, Saxon and European tribal thing but seems it has been broaden to use for clubs. I'm not well versed on those things in the football world.You can make your own federation or clan. The letters specify certain tasks for certain users that have volunteered to help Crew. For example, mine is Forum Assistant.
