INCMF - 1st LEAGUE (TEAMS CALLING)

I want to do the 1st INCMF League. INCMF is a International Non Club Member Federation, so this league is just for Non Club Members. Our league as our 1st CUP, witch is finishing next week, it's free an unofficial(it's not a official league or cup; it's played in our friendly games). We are finishing our 1st CUP with some disappointments. Some teams after lost their games didn't invite or set up your next games. To avoid this situation just teams really interested to play this league will participate. If you are interested to play that league you have to let us now here in our topic and keep active here with at least 2 post weekly until the league starts. My idea it is make friends, have fun, and developing our teams to compete with CM in ours respective leagues. I have a HUGE pleasure to set up a league table, but I'm a busy guy too,a student with a pregnant wife, and I have to work hard too, so I need you guys help. I will not have time to talk individually so, this topic have to be our place to communication. Other than, I will not have time to check all results. You guys would post your games results to make easy to me actualize the table. If you willing to do this things(be active in our forum with at least 2 post weekly, send your games invitation even in case your team are not doing well, and post your games results) welcome to the 1st INCMF LEAGUE. Our league will starts when we gather 10 members to do this. The LEAGUE will be played in 18 games, we will play twice with each team and at the end who have more points will be the champions. In case two or more teams finish with the same points, who has the most victories will be the champion. If even that be the same they will play a extra games to decide the champion. With our 1st CUP experience the league games will be all FRIDAY (just one day in a week it's better for nobody forget to set up their own games), but for we have just 9 weeks LEAGUE, our FRIDAY is a double round (ex. TEAM 1 x TEAM 2 first game of the day and TEAM 3 x TEAM 1 on the second game). As our friendly matches is a double our league day will be a double game day too, but probably with 2 different teams. @pho oenix You right, it is very difficult to implement this, and this is the reason for what I ask to a double post weekly, because don't work I set up a league if the teams don't set their games. This is just one way to see who is active player or not. If I found some active players like me we can implement this federation and league. I know I not the only one, it's just found them. I'm open to better ideas too. Thanks.@pho oenix
You right, it is very difficult to implement this, and this is the reason for what I ask to a double post weekly, because don't work I set up a league if the teams don't set their games. This is just one way to see who is active player or not. If I found some active players like me we can implement this federation and league. I know I not the only one, it's just found them.
I'm open to better ideas too.

Don't forget to post here, even just a hi, because I don't know when the League will start, but even been just us right now, I think the others 2 teams on the final in our CUP will play too. Aloha sonicandco, our friendly will be tomorrow, I'm playing our first game with my best players. I don't know why, but looks like the guys played the cup don't want to play a league. That's OK, I tried to make ours friendlies more interesting, but I have the teams who I play against. We still here, if some teams start coming desiring to play a league we can do.
