The Assistant Structure

ManagerZone Assistants are daily contributing to the success of our game, making the community stronger and the game fair and fun.

Assistants are organized in roles:

HMA - Head Master Assistant: Ideally the most experienced assistants in the team. HMAs, alongside Crew, takes part in deciding which regions need extra MA(s), who should become MA, and if an MA isn’t fulfilling their role, to remove them.
The HMAs are also the persons to turn to whenever you have a personal complaint about an MA or have received a complaint about an MA. The HMA’s are also divided into specific roles of which they take care.

Current Head MAs per role are:
mikelony (Spain) in charge of Support
realcipri (Romania) in charge of Investigations & Suspensions
c_c (Argentina) in charge of FA’s
agapitod (France) in charge of RA’s
damcio (Poland)in charge of LA’s

If you want to contact them and don't want to do it in this forum, get in contact with them via guestbook.

MA – Master Assistant: The MAs are the head assistants for their task, country or region. They decide whether to add new assistants and to remove those that don’t follow the rules stated in this or other official assistant documents. They are the persons that you as an assistant should turn to when you have question or anything to report. The MAs may ask HMAs/Crew for help. When in doubts, xAs should refer to their MAs for consultations.

GA – Game Assistant: The Game assistants are responsible for support in the Community, which means being the first point of contact for ManagerZone users in case of need or when they report suspicious behaviour from other players. GAs are also responsible for assuring the community that the game is controlled and the cheating episodes are handled in the fairest possible way and in accordance with the rules.

FA – Forum Assistant: The FAs have the specific task of maintaining friendly and polite communications in the Forum. They are the first line of contact and should be the most visible xA’s in the open community.

LA – Translator: The LAs are the members of the xA structure in charge of translating the game and the news in each supported language.

RA – Reporter: RAs are in charge of releasing a periodical magazine – The Zone - to inform the community on news, updates & events worth mentioning.

All xAs needs to accept the xA agreement and to follow the content of the Codes of Conduct in place. The code of conduct describes each xA role.

To handle Support tasks the Game Assistants are divided in 2 separate groups:

The first group is the I&S (Investigations & Suspensions) group. I&S are the Game Assistants that will research the market, suspend the users who do not follow our rules and are as such the experts on the markets of ManagerZone and the detection of cheating. I&S is a team that works on a global level. They will handle all the reports you make to them in every part of the world.
To contact I&S it suffices to mail one of the Game Assistants part of this group, to use the MU topic or to do so via help@managerzone.on.spiceworks.com. An email sent to this address will generate a ticket for the Investigation team.
GMAs in charge: leonferni2, rolf85, phigas3

The second group are the Support agents. These xA’s are also identified on ManagerZone as Game Assistants but handle requests from users via the tool called Request-Tracker. Our agents are the contactpersons for our users. They handle the questions asked via Request-Tracker and also the appeals against decisions made by I&S.
If you want to contact Request-Tracker you can do this via the tab Help -> Support. You can create a ticket there and an agent will answer as soon as possible. Other option is to mail the @managerzone.com mailbox of a country. This will also create a ticket at Request-Tracker for agents to handle. Request-Tracker supports 13 languages and these languages alone, so please advise your users to contact us only in one of these: French, Dutch, English, Romanian, Turkish, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Swedish, Chinese, Italian and Russian.
SMAs in charge: blackcats, xente, vamazan

Yet another change in the Western European Region where Sebastian (sebbel0311) has let us known he wishes to return to his duties as HRA.

I want to thank Sebastian very much for having accepted the task of becoming the first RMA in the Western European Region and wish him the best being HRA for the Austrian Zone which has floorished under his 'rule'.

Replacing Sebastian will be Bram (leto2626). A few years IRL leading the Belgian/Dutch Zone and a currently serving GA for the region Bram has what it takes to fill Sebastians shoes. Good luck Bram.

How close are things to having all the roles filled in the Americas or whichever region the United States will wind up in? Curious because there have been a number of changes of which the community is not widely aware.

Re: New Assistant Structure

That really doesn't provide any information to those of us in the US who do not speak Spanish.

Do I need to learn Spanish and then go onto the Spanish language forum to find out who is doing what now in my region?

The reason I ask is because I used to be an RA for the USA Zone, then at some point during the restructuring this went away. I contacted a couple of US managers who had xA titles still and was informed that these people do not currently have anything to do with the structure in the USA and I needed to contact sir_tavo who is in charge of such matters for the US and Spanish speaking area. I would like to know who the other Head xA's are just in case I needed to make contact and to have some idea what structure there is currently. I do not think this is unreasonable, it is not my fault that the US was grouped with Spanish language countries. I know some of the basis was the language most frequently used to contact support, but that doesn't mean every user in the US chooses Spanish language support. I wouldn't think it would be so difficult to enlighten the community of the changes in a manner similar to what has been done for the Western European region.

Its not a spanish language support
Its a spanish & english one
You dont need to learn anything
Just write to your support everytime you need to, and you will get an answer in english

Regarding the RA issue, you have been told to contact sir_tavo, he is the current RMA for the entire region, so do it

Forum authority is Turok
And Language MA is Hgarcia

We all speak english

Thank you for the information and sorry about being a pest. After reading silverkhan's initial post I had expected something similar regarding the additional regions. I apologize for my assumptions. Knowing sometimes things evolve slowly here I was curious to see how the rest of the reorganization was progressing.

I have been in contact with sir_tavo and myself and a couple other managers are working to revive the USA Zone.

Since mid 2011 crew and the HMA's have been working to make some changes in the xA structure. The first countries to make a switch into our new way of working were the Scandinavian (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway) and Baltic (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia) ones. In support terms they are now considered as one region called the Nordic Support. They no longer have 1 MA as big boss of the region but several people who focus on 1 process rather than on the country or region.
That leads me towards the second big chance next to the regional way of working. We will no longer have an MA who leads everything but have an MA per process and for the entire region. Eg. The FA's will have their MA or the RA's will have their MA.
Below you can read some general information about the region your country belongs to.

The Western European Support

Members: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, France, England, Ireland, Kenya, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Scotland, South-Africa, Switzerland & Wales.

(...)

Heads of assistant areas

Game Assistants - flipflip & hackentrixxer
The GMA's operate the daily support business for all WES countries. This includes training and motivating the GAs and make sure their numbers enough to cover incoming cases and prevent cheating. Their title is GMAs (Game Master Assistants).
(...).

I am happy to announce "mosmosmos" as new GA for WES.
With his fine expertise of this game and his brilliant knowledge of UK-community he will be a great strengthener for your support team :)

As I became HMA, 2 spots were unfilled in Western Europe Region. Now, we're happy to announce that sunhound from Belgium is the new LMA of WER. He is one of the most experienced LA in his region and nothing more fair than give him this role after having been doing his job so well.
anomer from Germany is the new RMA. He showed a great passion and super skills with TZ Alps and we hope he'll share his skills with the other HRAs from WER.

We wish them good luck MZ

Not updated for years. bialybosik is not a member now; where should one turn to report cheat; or are you support still actively handling cheat?

Just in case, my post above does't break any forum rules, is not a complain about the rules which are sacred and God sent and no one would ever dream of questioning without risking burning in hell for eternity.
