REGLAMENTO

1. El Games of U18 – U21 y U23 (GOuxx) es un torneo totalmente distinto al Desafío Argentino.

2. El Formato del GOu18 consiste en una liga amistosa donde 2 equipos representan a una federación, no pudiendo representar a otra en la competencia. 8 federaciones por liga.

3. Cada federación debe contar con un usuario que la representa, el cual puede o no ser el Presidente. Este usuario debe ser el encargado de entregar la lista de participantes a la organización del GOu y se sugiere que opte por un rol de difusor de esta competencia para con los integrantes de su federación, notificando el avance de la competencia.

4. Ascensos y Descensos, por zona ascienden 3 federaciones y descienden 3 federaciones. En caso de igualdad de puntos en ambas situaciones nos remitimos punto 6 del reglamento del Desafío Argentino.

(…Si dos Federaciones terminaran en igualdad de puntos, el primer criterio de desempate es el resultado del enfrentamiento directo entre aquellas Federaciones que terminen el torneo en igualdad de puntos. Segundo criterio: mejor diferencia entre goles anotados y recibidos, si el empate persiste, ganará la Federación que haya anotados más goles. En caso de que hayan sido tres o más las Federaciones implicados en el empate, se tiene en cuenta en primer lugar el número de puntos obtenidos en los enfrentamientos entre las Federaciones implicadas, siguiendo por la diferencia de goles en los enfrentamientos entre dichas Federaciones…)

5. En caso de arreglos de partidos, o si surgiere alguna ventaja a favor o en contra de algún equipo, nos remitiremos al punto 4 del reglamento del Desafío Argentino. Incluye partidos entre equipos que representen a una misma federación.

(…Arreglar partidos está expresamente prohibido. No está permitido intentar ayudar a otro equipo perdiendo un partido deliberadamente, por ejemplo, presentando un equipo constituido por jugadores menos hábiles que los usuales, usando una táctica evidentemente inferior o buscando alcanzar un resultado específico. Utilizar cualquiera de estos mecanismos para obtener una ventaja injusta en provecho propio o de alguien más es considerado trampa…)

6. La organización del GOu se reserva el derecho de determinar según su criterio los usuarios que incurren en las actitudes mencionadas en el anterior punto y aplicar las sanciones que crean correspondientes.

7. El torneo siempre se jugará en el bono de mitad de temporada, aproximadamente el día 35 del calendario de MZ.

8. Plazos para presentar equipos, hasta el día 30 inclusive del calendario MZ.

9. Con respecto a las nuevas modalidades de la competencia, GOu21 y GOu23 se jugara una liga amistosa, y se realizan las siguientes acotaciones. (COMPETENCIAS SUSPENDIDAS POR EL MOMENTO)

a. La federación puede optar por participar en esta modalidad, presentando un equipo en u21 o u23.

b. Un equipo puede jugar una categoría para una federación y en la otra categoría representar a otra, o un equipo puede jugar las dos categorías para una misma federación.

c. Que un equipo participe en el GOu18 para una federación, no impide que participe en otra en las categorías u21 y u23. Pero no puede jugar, por ejemplo, GOu21 para la federación “X” y federación “Y”.

10. Desde la edicion de la temporada 82, a partir de la nueva temporada, ultimo plazo para presentar equipos, aquella federacion que no presentara en ese tiempo, sera descalificada y tomara su lugar la inmediata que este anotada, a fin de tener grupos competitivos.

11. Sistema de puntuacion, los mismos seran contemplados entre equipos de distinta federacion, asignando 3 puntos al equipo ganador y 1 punto a cada uno por empate. Cruces entre equipos que representen a una misma federacion no suma puntos.

REGULATION

4. Promotions and Relegations, by zone 3 federations are promoted and 3 federations are relegated. In case of equality of points in both situations we refer to point 6 of the Desafío Argentino regulation.

5. In case of match fixing, or if any advantage arises for or against any team, we will refer to point 4 of the Desafío Argentino regulations. Includes matches between teams representing the same federation.

It is not allowed to attempt to help another team by deliberately losing a match, for example by fielding a team made up of less skilled players than usual, using obviously inferior tactics, or seeking to achieve a specific result. 6. The organization of the GOu reserves the right to determine, according to its criteria, the users who incur in the attitudes mentioned in the previous point and apply the sanctions they deem appropriate.

7. The tournament will always be played in the mid-season bonus, approximately on the 35th day of the MZ calendar.

8. Deadlines to present teams, up to and including the 30th day of the MZ calendar.

9. Regarding the new modalities of the competition, GOu21 and GOu23 will play a friendly league, and the following dimensions are made. (COMPETS SUSPENDED FOR THE MOMENT)

to. The federation can choose to participate in this modality, presenting a team in u21 or u23.

b. A team can play a category for a federation and in the other category represent another, or a team can play both categories for the same federation.

c. The fact that a team participates in the GOu18 for a federation does not prevent it from participating in another in the u21 and u23 categories. But you cannot play, for example, GOu21 for federation "X" and federation "Y".

10. From the 82 season edition, as of the new season, last term to present teams, that federation that does not present in that time, will be disqualified and the immediate one that is noted will take its place, in order to have competitive groups .

11. Scoring system, the same will be contemplated between teams from different federations, assigning 3 points to the winning team and 1 point to each one for a tie. Crosses between teams that represent the same federation do not add points.
