In the 5th minute Cadeyrn Drover shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chrrstine Mc Donald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cadeyrn Drover in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chrrstine Mc Donald prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 8 minutes into the match, U21 Trinidad & Tobago's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Cepa came free, but Chrrstine Mc Donald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Llwydeu Lane left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U21 Wales fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 12th match minute, U21 Trinidad & Tobago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roodal Taitt to maneuver through the defense. Chrrstine Mc Donald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cadeyrn Drover, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The supporters of U21 Wales booed when U21 Trinidad & Tobago was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bill Kallipersad didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes, U21 Wales's Llyn Carrey shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Chrrstine Mc Donald came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in U21 Wales reached it. Chrrstine Mc Donald took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cadeyrn Drover, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chrrstine Mc Donald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tom Cepa's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, U21 Trinidad & Tobago's Bill Kallipersad got a free kick in the 27th minute. Chrrstine Mc Donald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cadeyrn Drover in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cadeyrn Drover in the 29th minute of play forced U21 Trinidad & Tobago's goalkeeper Chrrstine Mc Donald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Prys Folds hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 33rd match minute, U21 Wales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prys Folds to maneuver through the defense. When U21 Wales's Cadeyrn Drover in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Roodal Taitt made the kick off in the second half. Galahad Coalman kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, U21 Wales's Galahad Coalman got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 62nd match minute, U21 Wales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maelgwn Crocker to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes U21 Wales got a freekick which was hit by Llwydeu Lane. Thanks to some nice moves Cadeyrn Drover could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Chrrstine Mc Donald however easily saved by the left post. In the 77th match minute, U21 Trinidad & Tobago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roodal Taitt to maneuver through the defense. When U21 Wales's Tom Cepa in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. U21 Trinidad & Tobago's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tom Cepa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Cadeyrn Drover took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chrrstine Mc Donald. Chrrstine Mc Donald dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. 97 minutes into the match, U21 Trinidad & Tobago's goal looked a bit too open when Llwydeu Lane came free, but Chrrstine Mc Donald reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The U21 Trinidad & Tobago supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching U21 Wales's performance. The match ended with a win for U21 Wales.
