The corner led Chile's Sebastian Rozental to fire away a dangerous shot which Paddy Galloway despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Scotland's Paddy Galloway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Weena Natie in the 21st minute of play. Paddy Galloway came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Weena Natie. But to his dismay, Weena Natie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 29 minutes into the match, Chile's Aaron Larraín sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paddy Galloway narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Aaron Larraín's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paddy Galloway was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Scotland's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sebastian Rozental was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. Weena Natie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nathan McNeilly could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Lucas Covarrubias made a huge save. Scotland's Paddy Galloway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Larraín in the 43rd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Weena Natie made a kick off. Lucas Covarrubias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João MacDonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, Scotland's Tommy McKichan got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes in the game, Weena Natie fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Paddy Galloway having to interfere. Carlos Saúl Fritis made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Scotland's Innes McRobert. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Weena Natie in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paddy Galloway saved Scotland from getting behind. Lucas Covarrubias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy McKichan in the 63rd minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Gustavo Cares. Scotland's Paddy Galloway proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Scotland from getting a goal against them. Aaron Larraíns short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Paddy Galloway to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 72 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when João MacDonald came free, but Lucas Covarrubias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João MacDonald kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Scotland's Hugh Ruskin was substituted for João MacDonald. Chile made a substitution. Taurino Albarracin replaced Aaron Larraín. Taurino Albarracin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Paddy Galloway when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Chile's Lucas Covarrubias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugh Ruskin in the 84th minute of play. A collision led to Scotland getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Rick Balmer hit a great ball. With a little luck, Scotland's Paddy Galloway got control of the ball when Taurino Albarracin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taurino Albarracin in the 89th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Paddy Galloway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paddy Galloway stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rexino Salcedo's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastian Rozental in the 93rd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chile walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
