In the 9th match minute, U21 Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hartmut Grooten to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, U21 Australia's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis-Sven Borgmann came free, but Ernest Chute reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes, U21 Austria's Jakob Lüger shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ernest Chute came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Black Death to strike the kick off in the second half. Iker Baia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben Markwell in the 52nd minute of play. U21 Australia were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after U21 Austria's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ben Markwell took the corner. U21 Australia's Murphey Hemsley was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Iker Baia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 59 played minutes U21 Austria got a freekick which was hit by Robert Post. U21 Australia made a substitution. Stewart Trezise replaced Ben Markwell. U21 Australia's Mac Macablo was substituted for Roger Bacon. Robert Post hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Murphey Hemsley scored 3-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iker Baia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Stewart Trezise's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Baia was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 67thth minute of the game Stewart Trezise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Austria's Iker Baia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murphey Hemsley in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Baia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Murphey Hemsley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Baia was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Robert Post could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Ernest Chute made a huge save. 73 minutes into the match, U21 Austria's goal looked a bit too open when Murphey Hemsley came free, but Iker Baia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iker Baia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zack Guy in the 84th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, U21 Austria's goal looked a bit too open when Stewart Trezise came free, but Iker Baia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Stewart Trezise notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of U21 Austria's Iker Baia.
