Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Björn Michalowicz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Daniel Tschida made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Poland's Edgar Lepucki. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Kryspin Tyskie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poland's supporters rose to their feet, but Kryspin Tyskie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bastian Pretzer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, one of Austria:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Austria. Bastian Pretzer had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Leon Dudek's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A hard shot 15 in the game by Kryspin Tyskie from a close distance when the talented Bastian Pretzer managed to make a qualified save. Austria's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Björn Michalowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Austria's supporters rose to their feet, but Björn Michalowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniele Jarosz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kryspin Tyskie in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bastian Pretzer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörg Peintner in the 19th minute of play forced Poland's goalkeeper Daniele Jarosz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Austria's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hüseyin Sağlam in the 21st minute. Austria's Hüseyin Sağlam was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Daniele Jarosz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Austria! Leon Dudek shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Kryspin Tyskie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Bastian Pretzer made a huge save. When Herbert Reiners came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Austria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herbert Reiners couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute of the game Daniel Tschida made a throw-in which Jörg Peintner played forward. 40 minutes into the match, Austria's goalkeeper Bastian Pretzer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kryspin Tyskie. In the 46thth minute of the game Kryspin Tyskie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Austria's Bastian Pretzer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kryspin Tyskie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kryspin Tyskie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bastian Pretzer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute Kryspin Tyskie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastian Pretzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kryspin Tyskie in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bastian Pretzer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bastian Pretzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Tyskie, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 74 minutes into the game, Kryspin Tyskie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Bastian Pretzer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bastian Pretzer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Kasperowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Tschida kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Poland booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Tschida didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Austria's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Komornicki came free, but Bastian Pretzer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
