Spectators: 1028 (Terracing: 772, Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) U21 Sweden's Matthias Nyström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes U21 Sweden got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Nyström. U21 Sweden's attentive D.J. Luis managed to snatch the ball when Severiano Rasa made a throw-in in the 6th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, U21 Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Lustig came free, but Wilder Guevara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sten Lustig took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilder Guevara. Wilder Guevara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 13 minutes, Bidari Hebia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bidari Hebia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Staffan Nykvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bidari Hebia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sten Lustig blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilder Guevara having to make a save. U21 Colombia's Wilder Guevara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Lustig in the 19th minute of play. After 23 minutes of play, U21 Sweden's Sten Lustig made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilder Guevara was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 29 played minutes U21 Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Rasa. A collision led to U21 Sweden getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. D.J. Luis hit a great ball. U21 Colombia made a substitution. Gustavo Petro replaced Bidari Hebia. 34 minutes into the game, Severiano Rasa threw the ball into play from the sideline. U21 Sweden's D.J. Luis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind U21 Colombia's goalkeeper Wilder Guevara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. D.J. Luis hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Severiano Rasa made in the 39th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by U21 Sweden's D.J. Luis. After 40 minutes of play, U21 Colombia's Gustavo Petro made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Staffan Nykvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes in the game Severiano Rasa did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Miguel Prince. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustavo Petro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, U21 Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Lustig came free, but Wilder Guevara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, U21 Sweden's Staffan Nykvist got control of the ball when Gustavo Petro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Severiano Rasa hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. When U21 Sweden's Matthias Nyström in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sten Lustig in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilder Guevara saved U21 Colombia from getting behind. 71 minutes into the game, Matthias Nyström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Wilder Guevara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, U21 Colombia's Severiano Rasa got a free kick in the 74th minute. Matthias Nyström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthias Nyström in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilder Guevara saved U21 Colombia from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, U21 Colombia's Gustavo Petro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Staffan Nykvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dantel Purrigimon made a great header on U21 Colombia's corner, it was just that U21 Sweden's Staffan Nykvist managed to reach the ball for a save. Wilder Guevara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Lustig in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Lustig in the 89th minute of play forced U21 Colombia's goalkeeper Wilder Guevara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, U21 Sweden's Matthias Nyström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilder Guevara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Björn Benett got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilder Guevara quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
