Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Gines was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Leevi Kampman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Podgoreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Gines in the 13th minute of play. When Creekers's Ladislao Gines in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Emanuel Podgoreanu got control of the ball when Riley Trotter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saverio Vistruario made a great header on Creekers's corner, it was just that Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Emanuel Podgoreanu managed to reach the ball for a save. The Creekers fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Creekers's Ladislao Gines looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Emanuel Podgoreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Gines, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Emanuel Podgoreanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Riley Trotter. After a rather tough play, Creekers's Riley Trotter got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 38th match minute, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yves Ayral to maneuver through the defense. Ladislao Gines received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emanuel Podgoreanu came out and tried to block the shot, but Ladislao Gines slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 42nd minute. Marat Beroshvili made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Yves Ayral. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Gines in the 47th minute of play forced Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Emanuel Podgoreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horácio Garcia made a kick off. In the 51st minute Riley Trotter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Podgoreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ksawery Tyszka took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Podgoreanu. Emanuel Podgoreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 58th minute Ladislao Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Podgoreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ladislao Gines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Rosendo Gervaso was substituted for Cyprian Trochowski. 71 minutes into the match, Riley Trotter notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Emanuel Podgoreanu. Emanuel Podgoreanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Blas Guzman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bryant Miles was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Ladislao Gines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Podgoreanu having to interfere. Emanuel Podgoreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Gines in the 84th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Rosendo Gervaso in the 91st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When the referee ended the match the Creekers players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
