Pujpuco's Fraco Sara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Pujpuco from getting a goal against them. Fraco Sara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Moutinho in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes Pujpuco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gusmão Benevides who took care of the corner kick. Lisandro Palhares was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Jânio Novaes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jânio Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fraco Sara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Fura Balizas booed when Pujpuco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ipar Zapata didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Moutinho in the 18th minute of play forced Pujpuco's goalkeeper Fraco Sara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fraco Sara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Moutinho in the 21st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Ivan Moutinho put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Fraco Sara. After 25 played minutes Pujpuco got a freekick which was hit by Ipar Zapata. Fraco Sara made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Ivan Moutinho sent off a good shot on target. Pujpuco's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Ivan Moutinho scored to the left of an out of position Fraco Sara, making the score, 2-0. 33 minutes into the game, Ivan Moutinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Fraco Sara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Moutinho scored 4-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fraco Sara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute, Benedicto Cienfuegos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fraco Sara made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Ivan Moutinho sent off a good shot on target. FC Fura Balizas's Ivan Moutinho got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ivan Moutinho made a kick off. Fraco Sara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Moutinho in the 55th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ivan Moutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fraco Sara was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Pujpuco's Fraco Sara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Moutinho in the 58th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Ivan Moutinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fraco Sara was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. The audience was convinced that Ivan Moutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fraco Sara was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Ivan Moutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fraco Sara having to interfere. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pujpuco's goalkeeper Fraco Sara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Fura Balizas's Konrad Birkenhagen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ipar Zapata in the 72 minute of the game. After 73 played minutes FC Fura Balizas got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Birkenhagen. Fraco Sara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Moutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ivan Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Long Gang Sen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Nanclares in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's Ivan Moutinho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fraco Sara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Fura Balizas made a substitution. Cândido Cabral replaced Mario Azeari. A very nice done corner allowed Konrad Birkenhagen to score against Fraco Sara in Pujpuco's goal. 7-0 after 84 minutes. FC Fura Balizas's Cassiano Peralta was substituted for Fumo Alto. Fraco Sara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olívio Ribas went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Eustaquio Laboy's late challenge caught a FC Fura Balizas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eustaquio Laboy helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 played minutes Pujpuco got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Laboy. After having played for 93 minutes, Olívio Ribas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Fura Balizas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olívio Ribas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Fura Balizas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
