Joos Teurfs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Gigli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexander Tan to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremie Reijniers in the 52nd minute of play forced Squadra de Pippe's goalkeeper Bruno Mazzone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th match minute, North Hill United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dre Toeback to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Alexander Tan notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Squadra de Pippe's Bruno Mazzone. Bruno Mazzone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. North Hill United were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Squadra de Pippe for a fine match.
