In the 3rd minute Gong Chao Ke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Hilhorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gong Chao Ke sped through Verwachting's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Herbert Hilhorst. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Chao Ke in the 11th minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Herbert Hilhorst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, Gong Chao Ke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Herbert Hilhorst was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christijan Schreuder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alysson Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Japke de Boer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Hilhorst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerônimo Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Chao Ke in the 24th minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Herbert Hilhorst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Alysson Rezende had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Japke de Boer. Christijan Schreuder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alysson Rezende having to interfere. Ogro F.C.'s Alex Van Halen got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Verwachting:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ogro F.C.:s goal. Verwachting's Herbert Hilhorst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerônimo Vergílio in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Chao Ke in the 46th minute of play forced Verwachting's goalkeeper Herbert Hilhorst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gong Chao Ke came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ogro F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gong Chao Ke couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

52 minutes into the match, Gong Chao Ke notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Verwachting's Herbert Hilhorst. Herbert Hilhorst was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th match minute, Verwachting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harm de Freitas to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Gong Chao Ke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Herbert Hilhorst was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 65th minute Japke de Boer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alysson Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Ogro F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hans Deitmers came free, but Alysson Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ogro F.C.'s Emirşah Öktemer got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th match minute, Ogro F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emirşah Öktemer to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ogro F.C.'s Adelino Antunes got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Verwachting's Harm de Freitas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alysson Rezende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 72nd minute Dan Zimmermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Hilhorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Verwachting's Herbert Hilhorst proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Verwachting from getting a goal against them. Herbert Hilhorst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Chao Ke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gong Chao Ke in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herbert Hilhorst saved Verwachting from getting behind. In the 75th minute Dan Zimmermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Hilhorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Christijan Schreuder notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Ogro F.C.'s Alysson Rezende. Alysson Rezende was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ogro F.C.'s Alysson Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Twan Hesseling in the 82nd minute of play. If Twan Hesseling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alysson Rezende came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Verwachting's Japke de Boer. But to his dismay, Japke de Boer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. In the 90th minute Nicko McBrain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Hilhorst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Verwachting's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Zimmermann came free, but Herbert Hilhorst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the final whistle sounded Ogro F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Verwachting.
