Ivan Drago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lizer Cordal in the 16th minute of the match. Evelio Milian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Bammerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lizer Cordal in the 20th minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lizer Cordal took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Drago. Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ivan Drago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lizer Cordal in the 41st minute of play. In the 48th minute Chelsea Football Club were awarded a corner. Vicente Naike went to the cornerflag to take it. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lizer Cordal made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lizer Cordal got free with Ivan Drago in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Lost Boys Sports Academy defense, Lizer Cordal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Drago. The Lost Boys Sports Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Drago should have stopped the shot. Chelsea Football Club made a substitution. Silvestre Porfiro replaced Gerardo Rufo. Chelsea Football Club's Cleto Firmin was substituted for Arnold Baaijen. Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Hu Cheng replaced Marcelo Xabat. With his leg Ivan Drago managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Chelsea Football Club's Firme Verga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
