Emanuel Podgoreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Nyström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Golden Lions FC from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute Mats Nyström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Podgoreanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuel Podgoreanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mats Nyström's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Gustavo Tartalo struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Anders Lundqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acercate Y Patea de Lejos. In the 24thth minute of the game Mats Nyström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Emanuel Podgoreanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horácio Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Anders Lundqvist made a huge save. After having played for 35 minutes, Joschi Hook managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Golden Lions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joschi Hook was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute, Mats Nyström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golden Lions FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Horácio Garcia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anders Lundqvist. That made the score 3-1 in the 42 minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mats Nyström made a kick off. Emanuel Podgoreanu came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Lions FC's Mats Nyström. But to his dismay, Mats Nyström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Emanuel Podgoreanu made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Mats Nyström sent off a good shot on target. Horácio Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anders Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horácio Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's zone, Mats Nyström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Podgoreanu came out of the goal and Mats Nyström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Golden Lions FC's Leo Strömbom was substituted for Georg Termander. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Eliseo Abechuco was substituted for Yves Ayral. Golden Lions FC's Cosme Larpe was substituted for Marcelo Steven. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos made a substitution. Rosendo Gervaso replaced Cyprian Trochowski. In the 75th minute, Mats Nyström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute Eliseo Abechuco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Kálmán Balogh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute of the match Gustavo Tartalo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anders Lundqvist skillfully saved the ball. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Emanuel Podgoreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İbrahim Efe Topdemir in the 91st minute of play. Golden Lions FC's İbrahim Efe Topdemir got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Acercate Y Patea de Lejos got a freekick which was hit by Su Kun. After 97 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Björn Björkqvist. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
