Lei Bin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kai Havertz in the 14th minute of the match. Iason Kazantzidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andries De Putter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AFC United's Lei Bin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kai Havertz in the 33rd minute of play. Lei Bin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kai Havertz in the 41st minute of play. Patricio Caminero charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Caminero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kai Havertz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kai Havertz in the 45th minute of play forced AFC United's goalkeeper Lei Bin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marcell Jacobs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kai Havertz made a kick off. Kai Havertz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Lei Bin made a huge save. Bozkurt's Mustafa Hakan Sufi was substituted for Kai Havertz. Bozkurt made a substitution. Muhammet Çetinel replaced Ceyhan Peykan. Lei Bin was a little too slow when Emrullah Erboy got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-1. AFC United's Bilintx Trilla was substituted for Rodrigo Cugat. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emrullah Erboy in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lei Bin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcell Jacobs got free with Lei Bin in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the match, Bozkurt's goal looked a bit too open when Dudu Ferraz came free, but Iason Kazantzidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iason Kazantzidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peru Diaz in the 82nd minute of play. Iason Kazantzidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Ferraz in the 83rd minute of the match. AFC United's Jordi Scherz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Iason Kazantzidis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 90 minutes into the match, AFC United's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Hakan Sufi came free, but Lei Bin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bozkurt walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
