In the 10th minute Delmar Joanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosario Escarza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronny Skytt in the 11th minute of play. Pity 31's Leon Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Gutierrez in the 16th minute of play. If Ronny Skytt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Du Yuan Chao in the 20th minute of play forced Pity 31's goalkeeper Leon Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Chano in the 21st minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Pity 31's goal looked a bit too open when Anatolio Lozano came free, but Leon Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Baldomero Chano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pity 31 booed when LVCVS AVGVSTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Jax didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute of the match Pity 31 got a corner. LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Delmiro Donostia ran over to the corner to take the kick. Delmiro Donostia made a great header on Pity 31's corner, it was just that LVCVS AVGVSTI's Rosario Escarza managed to reach the ball for a save. Rosario Escarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Fliz in the 39th minute of the match. Rosario Escarza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Makis Kasmiris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Leon Santos made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Baldomero Chano sent off a good shot on target. Leon Santos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomero Chano in the 63rd minute. Baldomero Chanos short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Leon Santos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Pity 31's zone, Du Yuan Chao stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Santos came out of the goal and Du Yuan Chao tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LVCVS AVGVSTI made a substitution. Quilino Velasco replaced Qian Yang Mo. LVCVS AVGVSTI's Quirce Salan was substituted for Ronny Skytt. Leon Santos made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Baldomero Chano sent off a good shot on target. Pity 31's Iker Mendiko was substituted for Delmar Joanes. Pity 31's Luciano Porfirio was substituted for Benjamin Orzaize. Leon Santos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Du Yuan Chao's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quirce Salan in the 90th minute of play forced Pity 31's goalkeeper Leon Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pity 31's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Quirce Salan scored to the left of an out of position Leon Santos, making the score, 0-2.
