An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Nascimento in the 6th minute of play forced Atlético Ourense's goalkeeper Colon Manrique to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Nascimento came free, but Colon Manrique reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Jacob Nascimento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Colon Manrique was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Atlético Ourense's Enrico Carmona got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Jacob Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 20 minutes into the match, Atlético Ourense's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Nascimento came free, but Colon Manrique reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colon Manrique showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob Nascimento in the 26th minute of the match. Jacob Nascimento's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Colon Manrique read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. El Globo Tiene Aguante FC were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Atlético Ourense's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arseniy Sergeev took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Unai Calatayud got free with Gaudencio Corderun in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, El Globo Tiene Aguante FC's Jacob Nascimento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Colon Manrique narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Andres Baresi in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Atlético Ourense's Andoitz Riells. Unai Calatayud's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Gaudencio Corderun skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Jacob Nascimento made the kick off in the second half. Colon Manrique showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 87th minute Tartalo Rajoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Corderun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Globo Tiene Aguante FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
