The crowd rose to their feet as Frenkie de Jong kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ago Vaasna. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Ago Vaasna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frenkie de Jong in the 11th minute. Frenkie de Jongs short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Ago Vaasna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, KFC Uerdingen 05's Ago Vaasna got control of the ball when Frenkie de Jong tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ago Vaasna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frenkie de Jong's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. After 19 minutes of play, Netherlands's Frenkie de Jong made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ago Vaasna was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frenkie de Jong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ago Vaasna made a huge save. 24 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Frenkie de Jong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ago Vaasna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A throw-in in the 26th minute of the game was made by Magnus Bülau with Luo Ying Liang as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tadej Pogačar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Bannenbusch in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind KFC Uerdingen 05's goalkeeper Ago Vaasna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frenkie de Jong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, KFC Uerdingen 05's Ago Vaasna got control of the ball when Frenkie de Jong tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ago Vaasna was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Guus Harmsen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 36 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frenkie de Jong in the 52nd minute of play forced KFC Uerdingen 05's goalkeeper Ago Vaasna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Frenkie de Jong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ago Vaasna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Netherlands's Guus Harmsen got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frenkie de Jong in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ago Vaasna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Frenkie de Jong went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Netherlands's Frenkie de Jong to fire away a dangerous shot which Ago Vaasna despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frenkie de Jong in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ago Vaasna saved KFC Uerdingen 05 from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Luo Ying Liang could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Tadej Pogačar however easily saved by the left post. Netherlands's Frenkie de Jong got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Netherlands's Nick Heesen was substituted for Guus Harmsen. KFC Uerdingen 05 made a substitution. Brian Laudrup replaced Luo Ying Liang. Netherlands made a substitution. Marco Hegeman replaced Robin Boelens. Ago Vaasna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frenkie de Jong in the 78th minute of play. Frenkie de Jong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 79th minute Frenkie de Jong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ago Vaasna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KFC Uerdingen 05's Ago Vaasna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frenkie de Jong in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, KFC Uerdingen 05's Kai Kambach got a free kick in the 84th minute. When Netherlands's Frenkie de Jong in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Netherlands's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
